Update this forum to phpbb3 as it a bit buggy

This forum's older phpbb is a bit of nuisance when it comes to making some posts the newer phpbb 3 has fixed many of the posting/writing bugs time ago and has a cool new interface ... all still free

The posting javascript on this forum has severe incompatibility with Opera on my side here, Im not a FireFox or Internet Explorer browser
Phpbb 3 have used on various forums and feel it is smoother
