no sound Empty no sound

hello plz help me with this problem

i cant hear any sound even if i push the 9 key to the maximum
what shoud i do?

my platform motorola v360

try use your volme keys while in the java app (your phone's v keys)
and make sure your phone is not on silent mode

k,thx i got it .all it was by changing the flash version and now it works.
