have you try choosing "v3x" in the platform selection?

ya i've tried tat too.........but not working i think there is something in .jad installation file....... try correct it..

please mention the version which has v3x platform

i cant use the v3x platform it is not found in the platform section.......iam beginner,,plz help me... i want to use ur software .............help

im not familiar with the L9 phone,
but you must find a way to open premissions in order to use XploreME,
and in XploreME platform selection you need to choose V3X, this option
exist.
try to ask in motorola forums about opening permissions on your phone i cannot help you with that
