Help! When I try to unlock the application

Hello!

I need some help.
When I choose song at "MediaPlayer" I need to Unlock the application.
I press Soft key 1 and *, and the application say:"application erorr".
I have Nokia 6131 and I choose at platform Nokia seris 40.
What is the problem, and how I solve it? Maybe I Unlock not right?

אני צריך עזרה.
כשאני מנסה לשמוע שיר במדיה פלייר אני צריך לפתוח מהנעילה את התוכנה.
כשאני עושה מקש ימני למעלה ואז כוכבית, התוכנה רושמת לי שיש שגיאה ויוצאת מהתוכנה.
ברשותי נוקיה 6131 מסדרת נוקיה 40, וכך גם בחרתי בתוכנה.
מה היא הבעיה, ואיך אני פותר אותה? אולי אני לא פותח את התוכנה טוב?

Im not familiar with this bug and i dont have any available
nokia phones to test it, the player is becoming locked when you
open it?
