Moto V9 - no java permisions

When I click on any of the icons Picture/files etc
there is an Error msg:
No Access!
Cannot access file system,
Make sure XploreME! has the right java premmisions,
that is exactly what it say no typo on my behalf.
please help
My V9 is a R263313-AS_U_A0.01.1BR if that helps
