Can you open full permissions on your phone?
means that you can set XploreME to access the phone files
WITHOUT always asking for permission?
My Motorola E1000 is getting old and i want to upgrade my phone to
a moblie that i can continue working on XploreME! with.

Yes, you need to sign the app with the halmer certificate then you can set it to never ask in the permissions

bullshit, you don't need any certificate 
just update your firmware by SEUS (SonyEricsson Update Software) to newest version and... use your XploreME!

With K800i I am running the latest and probably its final firmware (version R1KG001)

The Halmer Certificate , that is for them older Sony Ericsson's like k750i. If your Sony Ericsson k800i or any recent model has firmware R1kG001 or higher then in the options of any Java application on a SE phone the 'permissions' options for read data and write data is as following

Never Ask
Of course for app like XplorerME, Kd Player, MobyExplorer, cTunes etc... It is "Never Ask" all the way

I finnaly Got a new phone, K800i
(motorolla users, dont worry i still got my old E1000)
Where can i find an ENGLISH manual how to use the Halmer cert.?
