hi here is the tip for those who have the s40 (nokia) i've tested on 6230i and it worked, no additionnal soft needed! just when you browse the application in the menu where you find "delete", "details" just go to the last one, "Application access" and then choose "phone access" then go to "add and edit data" and choose "Ask every time" coz by default it's "noty allowed". sadly both 4.1 and 4.2 dident work after this tip, ...

208x208 is it out of date :(

it does run, but whenever i choose "files", "pictures" or "audio" (it works with the Browser, however!) it asks for folder access permission 3 times, The "Choose source" dialog appears, and if i choose phone's memory, i get an "Application error", "null pointer java/lang/NullPointerException"

If I want to use the new beta of XploreME! an choose "Audio", "Files", "Video", or "pictures" the program isn't able to access the file system. It says that I should use the right file system in the options menu bad I already did so.
I've got an E1000 with 27-firmware.

I copy this to my /kjava dir and choose install from phone and this error appears - version 3.x does not have this problem.

Thanks for your application.
I use a Nokia 3110C, v 05.50, RM-237 and XploreME 4.0

I launch the app, select Nokia series 40 pushing '5'.
I get an application error, ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException.

I get the same error when I launch the application and select either video, pictures ou audio.

File sorting - alpha, size etc??

Hi. I noticed that there doesn't appear to be any method to change the file sorting in any of the file list windows e.g. sort alphabetically, sort by size, sort by type etc. Have I missed something? Or is there no way to change the file sorting method? It'd be great to be able to change this - even if it's only alphabetical - because it drives me nuts trying to find a particular file in a filelist when it appears there's no logic to how the files are listed. No Access!
Cannot access file system,
Make sure XploreME! has the right java premmisions,

that is exactly what it say no typo on my behalf.

light problem

hy ..the wierd thing that happens to me with this version(4 beta4 )is that the light it is turning off after 10 second and i can not change to light up the screen again .. i push the send button but nothing is happening .My phone is a motorola e 1000 (not with r32 firmware). later edit : today i deleted the beta 4 and i find the beta 1 for download ..it looks like with this beta (1) everything works great thank you for this awesome app ... is what all moto user should have

Suggestions for new version of XploreME
1- To visualize playlist, like iTunes or DAP
2- option for spin XploreME, like fullscreen v�deos 4:3 or Opera Mini
